Having decided to start a family a move away from London was crucial if our children were to grow up in an environment that we were happy for them to be in and that was what brought us to York in 2005.

The Cox family currently consists of three members, myself Kevin, Inma who is from Spain and our delightful son Antonio.

We had been searching for the perfect guest house when we came upon Riverside Walk and were immediately enraptured by its delightful position on the banks of the River Ouse. Combined with the obvious charm of York it's a place I'm very pleased to say has quickly become home to us and hopefully a 'home from home' for our guests.
